Received awful customer service from the cosmetics department. Be careful what cosmetic brands you purchase, I tried to return a bad product and was told the brand no longer allowed returns. The brands that do not allow returns are not advertised anywhere in the cosmetics department and the department is doing nothing to inform customers about this, unless you ask directly before purchasing.

I switched to shoppers from Costco pharmacy and they are slightly more expensive but they’ve been super helpful whenever I have questions and call them. They even helped me lower my cost by helping me figure out slightly slightly different dose from my current (just different size tablets but almost same dose) and sent the request to my doctor and my doctor approved my new dose recommended by my pharmacist at Shoppers and now I pay $40 less for my meds. No regret switching from Costco. Costco pharmacy never answers phone. Shoppers always answer my call and opens way later at night for convenience. And you also get pc points. Lastly, the pharmacists I’ve talked to here are so friendly and they are so helpful.

Sandra the pharmacist here put a lot of effort in locating the product and getting it in store. I noticed too that their prices are cheaper than other places. Highly recommended.

My journey with them and other related and required specialists in understanding my needs has taken considerable time, maybe beyond the usual.The thoroughness of the screening and testing to insure my unique situation was met with the proper device was incredible. At no time was there pressure to simply buy a unit. (I left one of 'those places' and am grateful I acted on the referral to visit Clinical Sleep Solutions.)It has been a life-giving experience to enjoy restful sleep and to experience the professional, generous and kind service of this team. Worked out great, needed a last minute wheelchair for my dad who was visiting town. We were about to pay $140 to buy one on Kijiji before finding MediReady. Ended up being just a few minutes away, a fraction of the price, and we could rent it for exactly the right number of days.

Shoppers Drug Mart at this location is very rude and lies in their advertisements. It says everywhere that they accept walk-in clients for flu shots. It has been promoted by Shoppers that they accept walk-ins. There is a huge sign on this particular store's window that says walk-in accepted. But the pharmacists there decided that they are busy so they will not accept walk-ins on any day. I called and confirmed. This is what the lady said: No we are too busy so we do not accept walk-ins". And they do not post appointments affter 4:30 PM. So if you are working during the day
